my baking week^^-vanila muffin cake

first, muffin cake...

ingredients:
1. Ezy Muffin Mix 500gm
2. Eggs 175gm
3.Oil 135gm
4.Water 110gm


method:
1. Mix eggs, water and ez muffin mix wif k beater for 2 mins slow speed.
2. Add oil slowly and mix for 2 mins at medium speed.
3. Bake at 180 celcius for 18-30 mins depends on batter weight.
